Members and roles
Invite and manage members of your workspace.
Overview
Accode uses different permissions for users that use Accode. Membership and roles are set on a per-workspace basis. There are three different levels of permissions in Accode:
- Admin
- Member
- Read-only
Basics
Member can create, edit and change workflows and dashboards, add and remove data, and generally do all day-to-day tasks in Accode.
Read-only permission is exactly what the name suggests. You can look at the information in Accode, but not make any edits.
Admin users can add new members to the workspace, revoke member rights, change overall workspace settings, and install components.

- Cannot edit anything
- Cannot approve or edit tasks
- Cannot build workflows
Members
- Can read information
- Can change, create and remove customers
- Can build workflows
Admins
- Can read information
- Can change, create and remove customers
- Can build workflows
- Can edit environment information
- Can download components
- Can add and remove users to the environment
We recommend you have one or two admins in your environment. This minimizes the human risk factor, while maintaining control over who can edit access to your workspace.
