Organizing your workspace

Workflows and dashboards can be organized using folders in your workspace.

Overview

Folders allow for grouping your workflows and dashboards in categories that make sense for you and your team. The folder structure is workspace wide, which means that all changes to this structure will be seen by all members in the workspace.

Basics

Your workspace folder can be opened by pressing on the Workspace button.

Reordering your workspace

While in your workspace, you can order your workspace according to your organisations needs. Here you can create folders, edit them and reorder them. This can also be done within a folder on workflows and dashboards.

Creating folders

In order to create new folders, open up the Workspace options and press Create folder.

After you have named the folder, you can move items and other folders into the new folder. Move items by selecting the relevant ones, pressing the triple-dot menu in the table header, and selecting Move.

Favorites

You can favorite almost any page on Accode. Favorites are always user specific, which means that they are bound to the user that created them and will only be visible to that user.

Your favorites will appear at the top of the left-hand sidebar.
